When the work plan takes place, in whole or in part, in foreign institutions, only candidates who can prove permanent and habitual residence in Portugal at the start of the grant are eligible.Grant Location Universidade de Coimbra, Polo 1Scientific Supervision/Coordination Nuno Filipe Viegas das Neves RaimundoWork Plan / ResponsibilitiesStudy of inter-organelle crosstalk using primary cultures of human and mouse cells, culture of cell lines, quantitative PCR, western blotting, genotyping of mouse samples, maintenance of mouse colonies (training provided when needed), fluorescence microscopy, preparation of shipments, general maintenance of the laboratory and common solutions, optimization of protocols and reagents, technical tests of reagents and quality controls.Support in the project's experimental activities for other laboratory members, including the Principal Investigator, as well as in the preparation of figures and manuscripts for publication or dissemination.Support in organizing scientific conferences and meetings with staff, as well as in maintaining and updating laboratory records as part of the project activities.Grant Duration and Renewal Initial grant duration: 6 months.
