With a global presence and long-standing client relationships, they work across everything from early discovery through to large-scale product builds.They're now looking for aLead Full-stack Engineerto join their remote team (Portugal-based) and play a key role in shaping and delivering high-impact digital products.The Role This is ahands-on technical leadership rolewith a strong focus on full-stack web development, with occasional collaboration across mobile teams. You'll: Lead thetechnical directionacross projects, ensuring scalable, secure and high-quality solutions Work across the full stack —frontend, backend and cloud infrastructure Partner with Product, Design and Delivery to balancequality, timelines and budgets Engage directly with clients, shaping technical solutions and influencing decisions Stay close to the code, acting as asenior technical authority Mentor engineers and help elevate team capability and standards What They're Looking For Strong experience buildingmodern full-stack applications(JS/TS/Node or similar) Deep expertise in at least one modern frontend framework ( React, Vue, Next.js ) Experience withcloud platforms(AWS, Azure or GCP), CI/CD and infrastructure as code (e.g. Terraform) Strong understanding ofAPI design(REST/GraphQL), databases and system architecture Experience deliveringsecure, scalable, high-performance applications Comfortable leading technical discussions with both engineers and non-technical stakeholders Experience working inagile environments(Scrum/Kanban) Why This Role?
