About the Role: At Loop Future, innovation is closely connected to the ability to transform strategic ideas into funded and impactful initiatives. As an Innovation Projects Manager, you will play a key role in identifying funding opportunities, managing grant applications, and supporting the execution of innovation-driven projects. Core responsibilities: Identify national and international funding opportunities aligned with the company's innovation strategy and relevant to the business Manage grant applications and support the preparation of technical and strategic documentation Participation in innovation and R&D projects with internal teams and external partners (enterprises, universities, public bodies and research entities) Monitor project timelines, deliverables, budgets, and reporting requirements Contribute to strategic initiatives connected to digital transformation and emerging technologies Prepare presentations, reports, and project documentation for stakeholders and funding entities Requirements: Experience in innovation management, project management, grant funding, or R&D-related environments A background in Business, Management, Engineering, or related fields will be valued. Strong communication skills in English are important due to the international nature of projects and partnerships Bonus: Experience with European programmes such as Horizon Europe, EIC, or Portugal 2030 Knowledge of AI tools for productivity Experience working with universities, research institutions, or innovation ecosystems in Portugal or abroad in innovation projects, will be valued Post-graduation/master in Innovation Management or IT management it's a plus
