Company: United Hospitality Management (UHM) POSITION OVERVIEW United Hospitality Management (UHM) is seeking a dynamic and experienced E-Commerce Manager to join the Marketing team.
This individual will play a key role in driving online sales for Serenity – The Art of Well Being, an award-winning spa brand within UHM portfolio.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in e-commerce management, digital marketing, and sales support, with a passion for the wellness and cosmetic industry.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Develop and execute a comprehensive e-commerce strategy for Serenity, in alignment with overall business objectives and brand standards; Managing thewebsite, ensuring it is user-friendly, visually appealing, and functional.
This may involve overseeing web development, design, and content updates; Manage all aspects of the website, including curating and organizing product listings (descriptions, images, and pricing content updates), and customer experience optimization; Ensure a positive user experience throughout the customer journey, from browsing to checkout and post-purchase support.
This involves addressing customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and implementing measures to improve customer satisfaction and retention; Implement effective digital marketing campaigns to drive traffic, engagement, and conversion on the Serenity Spa website (email marketing, social media advertising, pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns, and affiliate marketing); Implementingstrategies to increase online sales, such as optimizing product pages for search engines (SEO), improving conversion rates, and implementing upselling or cross-selling techniques; Managing relationships with third-party suppliers such as shipping carriers, payment processors, and software providers.
Involved in negotiating processes such as contracts, resolving issues, and ensuring smooth collaboration; Ensure accurate inventory management and product categorization; Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) such as website traffic, conversion rates, average order value, and customer acquisition cost.
Using data analytics tools to gain insights into customer behavior and preferences, and using this information to make data-driven decisions to improve performance.
Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor strategies, making recommendations for continuous improvement and innovation.
QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field required.
Master's degree preferred.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in e-commerce management, preferably within wellness, cosmetic, hospitality or luxury retail sector.
Proven track record of success in driving online sales and revenue growth through strategic digital marketing initiatives.
Proficiency in e-commerce platforms (e.G., Shopify, WooCommerce) and content management systems (e.G., WordPress)
