We are seeking a talented individual to join our People Team at Marsh for a 6-month project.
This role will be based in Lisbon.
This is an onsite role that has a requirement of working fully in the office.You'll join our People Team for a special Diversity & Inclusion project that will welcome interns through a disability-focused hiring programme, providing a structured learning journey and practical professional experience.
We will count on you to:Coordinate the project with the support of the advisory board.
Ensure high-quality delivery and maintain communications with all stakeholders.Align, adapt and coordinate participants' and trainers' agendas.Hold daily check-ins with participants and collect their feedback during the learning phase.Coordinate shadowing and working sessions between participants and business colleagues.Produce regular reports on the ongoing programme.
What you need to have:Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Sociology, Education or a related field.Excellent communication skills and sensitivity when working with people with different types of disabilities.
Well organized, able to work independently and manage multiple concurrent projects.Strong team player who thrives in dynamic environments.Proficient in Microsoft Office.Native Portuguese.English proficiency (minimum B2).
