Gripwise is recruiting a full-time Business Development Manager with strong experience in medical devices and digital health to drive commercial expansion in domestic and international markets. This role works directly with the CEO to shape market entry, build strategic partnerships, and accelerate adoption of our solution for assessing frailty, sarcopenia, fall risk and muscle strength.
The ideal candidate has a proven background in B2B healthcare sales, understands clinical and operational decision pathways, and is comfortable navigating hospitals, private healthcare groups, insurers, senior-health fitness providers and distributor networks. The position requires a consultative, ROI-driven approach and the ability to structure pilots supported by clinical and economic impact.
Key Responsibilities:
• Build and manage the commercial pipeline across healthcare, insurance, fitness and pharmacy channels.
• Design and close pilots/PoCs with clear clinical and ROI metrics.
• Identify, onboard and manage national and international distributors.
• Qualify leads, negotiate contracts and support early implementation.
• Provide structured market feedback to product, clinical and engineering teams.
• Represent Gripwise in events, demonstrations, partner meetings and commercial missions.
• Work closely with the CEO to refine strategy, support fundraising interactions and align commercial growth with company objectives.
Required Qualifications:
• Significant experience in B2B sales within medical devices, digital health or healthcare technology.
• Strong command of English; experience in markets such as the UK, Italy, Spain or DACH is highly valued.
• Ability to manage multi-stakeholder sales cycles across clinical and operational teams.
• Understanding of software integration in healthcare (EHR/HL7/FHIR) is a plus.
• High autonomy, strong execution capacity and comfort working in early-market, high-growth environments.
