We are looking for an Amazing: Scrum master
Seniority: Middle Senior
Type of position: Hybrid
The amazing you, will have:
Proven experience:
At least
4 years as a Scrum Master
in software development teams.
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies:
Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc.
Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills.
Experience with Agile project management tools:
Jira, Trello, Azure DevOps, etc.
Certified Scrum Master (CSM, PSM) preferred.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Technical background:
Computer Science or related field.
Languages:
Fluent in
English and Portuguese

Note:
The candidate must be able to
attend the client office 4 days per week during the first months
and then
work 2 times per week in hybrid mode
.
