Responsibilities
* Design, develop, and maintain custom Salesforce applications using Apex, LWC (Lightning Web Components), Visualforce, SOQL, and declarative tools.
* Implement and customize Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and/or Industry-specific solutions.
* Collaborate with admins, business analysts, and architects to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
* Integrate Salesforce with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and ETL tools.
* Contribute to data modeling, data migration, and process automation (Flows, Triggers, Batch Jobs, Schedulers).
* Ensure solutions follow Salesforce best practices, security standards, and are optimized for performance.
* Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and release management processes.
* Support end-user issues, perform debugging, and implement fixes in a timely manner.
Required Experience:
* 2–4 years of Salesforce development experience (Salesforce Platform Developer I certification preferred).
* Strong proficiency in Apex, LWC, SOQL, and Salesforce configuration tools.
* Experience with Salesforce APIs, web services, and integration patterns.
* Familiarity with version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and Agile development practices.
* Understanding of Salesforce security model (profiles, roles, permission sets, sharing rules).
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
* Good communication skills to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Nice to Have
* Salesforce Platform Developer II or Salesforce Administrator certification.
* Exposure to Salesforce Industries (Vlocity), Marketing Cloud, or Commerce Cloud.
* Experience with DevOps tools (Copado, Gearset, Jenkins or similar).
* Background in object-oriented programming languages (Java, .NET, JavaScript)
