About This Job
As a Cyber Program team leader in Portugal, you will play a key role in integrating our cyber security department with global teams.
* You will work closely with the Global Program Director and other stakeholders to control that the CIB cyber-program achieves its targets.
* Your responsibility will be to manage the Cyber-Program team in Portugal, serve as the key point of contact for program direction from Paris, and support project monitoring where higher seniority is required.
Main Responsibilities:
Managing cybersecurity maturity requires coordination across multiple departments and disciplines.
1. Maturity Team Management: You'll oversee your Cyber-Program maturity team's daily activities.
You'll set priorities,
promote teamwork,
determine short-term goals,
dispatch tasks and ensure everything runs smoothly.
