With over 60 employees and ambitious growth plans, the company is expanding its finance capabilities to support its next phase of development.Role Description:The business is hiring a full-time FP&A Analyst to play a key role in budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting.
Reporting directly to the CFO, you will provide actionable insights to guide decision-making, support strategic initiatives, and ensure payroll is delivered accurately and on time.
This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and wants to grow their career in a high-impact finance function.Responsibilities:Lead annual budgeting process and conduct monthly variance analysis against budget and forecast, identifying key drivers and actionable insightsPrepare and maintain quarterly rolling forecasts, updating financial models to assess business performance and conduct scenario planningProduce monthly and quarterly management reports, including KPIs, financial dashboards, and business unit scorecardsSupport decision making by providing financial analysis for strategic initiatives, product launches, and cost-savings opportunitiesManage end-to-end payroll processing for all employees in coordination with HRPreferred Qualifications and Skills:Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related quantitative field (Master's preferred but not required)3+ years of relevant experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or a related finance roleStrong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysisHigh integrity and discretion in handling sensitive financial informationAdvanced Excel and financial modelling skillsExceptional attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and organizational skillsEffective communicator with the ability to collaborate across departmentsSelf-starter with a "can do" attitude and the ambition to grow within the organizationBonus points for experience with payroll processing (in-house or via payroll provider)In return, our client is offering:Salary: €25,000 – €35,000 depending on experienceAll legal Portuguese benefitsIf you'd like to explore this opportunity further, please apply here, or email me at ****** and we can book a call.We welcome referrals for this position and offer a referral incentive for successful placements.
