Ferring + You
We are looking for an experienced and collaborative Service Delivery Manager, Global Payroll to lead the implementation and delivery of our global payroll service model. As Ferring transitions payroll operations to external BPO partners, this role will ensure smooth operations, strong performance, and compliance across regions.
Reporting to the Global Head of Payroll, this senior individual contributor role is critical in shaping how payroll services are delivered worldwide. You will drive process optimization, manage service levels, resolve escalations, and partner closely with internal stakeholders and external providers to achieve consistent, high-quality payroll outcomes.
This is a unique opportunity to establish and refine a global service delivery model, enabling the HR community to focus on value-added activities while ensuring efficient and reliable payroll operations across the organization.
Your Day at Ferring
* Ensure consistent, high-quality payroll services delivered by BPO partners within agreed KPIs and service levels.
* Drive process improvements, leveraging automation and digital solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
* Manage escalations, lead incident resolution, and oversee root cause analysis and remediation plans.
* Promote best practices and harmonized payroll processes across regions, elevating global standards.
* Support operational change management, including contract amendments and service adjustments, while ensuring compliance with policies, internal controls, and local regulations.
* Build strong partnerships with HR, Finance, IT, and external providers to achieve alignment and customer satisfaction.
Behind our Innovation... There's You
* Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Information Sciences, or related field (Master’s preferred).
* 10+ years of international experience in HR, HR Operations, Payroll, Service Delivery, or BPO/vendor management.
* Proven track record managing payroll BPOs and service delivery models.
* Strong expertise in payroll end-to-end processes and time & attendance.
* Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and reporting skills, including experience with performance metrics and root cause analysis.
* Demonstrated success in process improvement and enhancing service delivery.
* Excellent stakeholder management, relationship-building, and communication skills in a multinational environment.
* Self-starter with resilience, problem-solving skills, and the ability to lead through influence.
* Proficiency in business English; experience with Workday, ServiceNow, payroll interfaces, or Power BI is an advantage.
