Manufacturing Engineer Role
We are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Engineer to join our team in Portugal. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated individual to implement manufacturing processes for new products, ensuring smooth and steady production.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
* Maintaining and updating Process Management Plans (PMPs) for quotation and cost calculation;
* Generating and updating related process documents based on PMPs such as flowcharts, work instructions, etc.;
* Coaching the analyst team and guiding them on the use of analytical equipment according to company priorities, ensuring timely delivery of results for production;
* Providing training to the team on operating various pieces of equipment, adhering to good practice and work instructions, to guarantee reliable results for production;
* Compiling analytic reports based on pilot production outcomes, including PAMEA/DFM, etc.;
* Avoiding potential risks in usage and production;
* Following up on pilot production in accordance with the New Product Introduction (NPI) process.
To succeed in this role, the ideal candidate should possess:
* A degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field;
* At least 2 years of experience in similar job responsibilities;
