At Decskill, we are seeking an experienced professional to fill the role of Application Support and DevOps. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in IT and be proficient in various technologies.
Job Description
The primary function of this position is to provide application support and maintenance services for our clients. This includes troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, as well as collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
In addition to application support, the successful candidate will be responsible for implementing and monitoring service control tools, as well as analyzing and resolving external and internal incidents.
This role requires a high level of technical expertise, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Required Skills and Qualifications
* Strong understanding of SQL language and databases
* Knowledge of AIX/Linux user operating systems
* Mixture of technical and functional skills
* Scripting experience in shell/bash
* Familiarity with TIBCO BW, WAS, Control-M, Elastic Search/Grafana, and Ansible
* Technical/functional knowledge of the Digital Payments area
* Good analytical and problem-solving skills
