/pp Your Mission Will Be /pulli Identify, develop, and expand business opportunities through market research, networking, and client engagement; /lili Manage client and consultant relationships, ensuring satisfaction and smooth communication; /lili Oversee financials, ensuring margin control, risk management, and unit profitability; /lili Collaborate with senior leadership to align unit goals with company strategy; /lili Lead the hiring process, conducting interviews as needed.
/li /ulp You Will Need /pulli At least 3-5 years of relevant experience in IT sector; /lili Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills; /lili A results-driven mindset, with motivation to achieve goals and a dynamic, ambitious, and collaborative attitude; /lili BSc or MSc in Management, Human Resources, Psychology or related fields; /li /ulp Would Be Awesome If You Have /pulli Track record of achieving business targets and driving unit profitability; /lili Ability to coach, mentor, and grow talent within your team; /lili Strong analytical skills to monitor performance metrics and make data-driven decisions; /lili Fluency in English (spoken and written).
