A successful Fixed Asset should have:
- Oversee the management of fixed assets and depreciation
- Ensure fixed assets are properly recorded, tagged, and inventoried
- Perform periodic physical inventory counts of fixed assets
- Review and update the detailed schedule of fixed assets and depreciation
- Investigate potential obsolescence of fixed assets
- Conduct periodic impairment reviews for intangible assets
- Prepare audit schedules relating to fixed assets, and assist auditors in their inquiries
- Work with other departments to plan for future asset acquisitions.
Perfil ideal
A successful Fixed Asset should have:
- A Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- Relevant experience in the FMCG industry
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
