We are looking for a
Legal Counsel
to strengthen the
Legal
of Banco Finantia:
Main Responsibilities:
Supporting the preparation of meetings of the Board of Directors (Executive Committee), Audit Committee and other specialized Committees and drawing up the respective minutes;
Ensuring support for the implementation and execution of the governance and internal control system, including coordination with the various Internal Control Functions, particularly in the context of the documentation to be submitted by the latter to the aforementioned Governing Bodies;
Drawing up and reviewing internal policies, regulations and procedures on various Corporate Governance matters.
Desired Profile:
Degree in Law, with a post-Bologna Master's degree;
Minimum of 4 years professional experience, including in Corporate Governance or Compliance matters;
Good knowledge of Corporate Governance / Compliance;
Good knowledge of company law;
Fluency in English and knowledge of Spanish (preferred);
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools;
Results-oriented;
Ability to analyze, plan and organize;
Ease of interpersonal relationships;
Autonomy, dynamism and team spirit.
