for Smart Lighting Devices answering inquiries and offering troubleshooting assistance.
Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering accurate friendly and professional responses.
Assist in resolving product-related issues ensuring customers have the best experience.
Work as part of a
dynamic team
to meet and exceed service goals and expectations.
Collaborate with other departments to improve customer experience and service quality.
What Were Looking For:
Fluency in Romanian
(C1/C2)
Experience in
customer service
or related fields (preferably in a tech or product environment)
Strong
communication skills
both written and verbal
A
problem-solving mindset
and a passion for helping others.
Team-oriented
with the ability to work independently when needed.
