About the Role:
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UX/UI Designer to join a dynamic and fully remote team. This role requires previous experience in FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) projects and a strong understanding of user-centered design principles across digital platforms.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design intuitive, engaging, and impactful user experiences for products that reach consumers globally.
Key Responsibilities:
* Design wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for web and mobile interfaces.
* Translate user needs and business goals into functional, appealing user experiences.
* Conduct and apply user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.
* Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders.
* Maintain and evolve design systems and UI components.
* Ensure brand consistency and usability across all digital touchpoints.
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer, with a strong portfolio.
* Previous experience working on FMCG-related projects (required).
* Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar .
* Solid understanding of UX methodologies, responsive design, and interaction principles.
* Ability to balance aesthetics with functionality and business goals.
* Strong communication skills and the ability to present and defend design choices.
* English level: B2 or higher .
Nice to Have:
* Experience working in agile environments.
* Understanding of HTML/CSS (for better collaboration with dev teams).
* Motion design or prototyping skills (e.g., Principle, After Effects).
* Knowledge of accessibility and inclusive design principles.
