What do you need to become a SMARTSenior Project/Program Manager?
12+ years of experience in IT Project or Program Management, leading complex enterprise initiatives;
Proven track record managingOracle E-Business Suite (EBS) upgrades, ideally version 12.2;
Strong understanding ofOracle EBS architecture, upgrade methodologies, and integrations;
Experience coordinatingcross-functional teams(technical, functional, and infrastructure);
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills inPortuguese and English;
Strong leadership, negotiation, and conflict resolution abilities;
Familiarity withproject governance, risk management, and compliance frameworks;
Certifications such asPMP, PRINCE2, or Oracle-related credentials are a plus.
What will you do as a SMARTSenior Project/Program Manager?
Leadthe end-to-end Oracle EBS 12.2 upgrade program — from planning through post-go-live support;
Engagewith client and vendor stakeholders to ensure alignment on objectives, timelines, and deliverables;
Develop and maintainproject plans, governance frameworks, and risk registers;
Communicateprogress clearly through regular status meetings and reports to senior leadership;
Coordinateresources and dependencies across multiple workstreams;
Ensure compliancewith organizational policies, Oracle best practices, and regulatory standards;
Drivesuccessby fostering collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement throughout the project lifecycle.
