Specialising in Team Extension, Managed Services, Custom Software and Nearshore, we currently have a team of more than 2,350 professionals working on national and international projects in a wide range of technologies.
We are looking for Junior T&C (Test & Commissioning) Systems Engineers
to join a highly experienced team, supporting international projects in the Middle East and Europe. This is a hands-on role ideal for junior profiles with strong willingness to learn, travel, and get involved directly in the field.
What we are looking for?
Basic knowledge of
computer systems
,
networking
, and
troubleshooting
(switches, communication ports, etc.)
Ability to interpret and understand
network architecture diagrams
Availability to travel abroad for periods ranging from
3 to 4 weeks
, with potential return cycles over
2-3 months
Readiness to perform
hands-on testing
of systems such as surveillance, passenger information, and alarm systems
Previous fieldwork or installation experience is a plus, but not mandatory
Strong team spirit and
problem-solving attitude
Candidates must be
practical, grounded, and committed
- not looking for high-level ambitions but for operational excellence
Fluency in Portuguese and English is mandatory
Travel & Projects
Projects primarily located in the
Middle East
(UAE, Qatar, Dubai), with occasional needs in
Europe (Denmark)

Upcoming projects include a major deployment in
Abu Dhabi
, with rapid response needs
Travel rhythm varies:
3-4 weeks abroad
, short breaks, then new rotation
Some tasks may involve testing in the
