About The Job
* Officer in charge of the operationalisation of the Data Factory. You will be based in the Lisbon Data Office and collaborate with business and IT data teams on various projects. A strong business acumen and an interest in technology are essential to navigate the Data Factory effectively.
Your Main Activities Are
* Design and implement the control plan for the Data Factory.
* Manage and ensure the completeness of data sharing agreements.
* Manage reference data within the Data Factory and coordinate with Data Reference Owners as needed.
* Handle Level 3 incident management for the Data Factory.
* Upskill team members on Data Factory capabilities.
* Design reports to monitor Data Factory performance.
* Capture data for ad hoc requests into the Data Factory.
* Support self-service analytics by collecting and tracking use cases, updating KPIs for Opco and Steerco, and managing licenses.
Profile And Skills To Success
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Information Technology, or Computer Science.
* 5 to 7 years of relevant experience in Data Management, Project Management, or Consulting.
* Fluent in English (C1-C2).
* Strong organizational skills.
* Results-driven with the ability to deliver outcomes.
* Adaptability and flexibility.
* Ability to establish relevant performance indicators.
* Proficiency in Power BI, Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel), and MySQL.
