They are looking for this proactive, entrepreneurial and creative leader who will contribute successfully with innovative initiatives to the organization and the industry.
Job description:
In day-to-day work:
* Lead innovation and strategic transformation initiatives in the mobility sector;
* Explore new approaches, technologies, and business models that meet the demands of a rapidly evolving market;
* Collaborate with various departments, promoting synergies and implementing new solutions;
* Identify strategic partners and opportunities for developing new products or services;
* Monitor national and international trends, proposing smart adaptations to the company's reality.
Requirements:
* Experience: At least 3 years in a similar position within mobility industry.
* Education: Higher Education in Engineering, Management/Economics, IT or related areas, with focus on digital trasnformation.
* Languages: Fluent written and spoken in both Portuguese and English.
* Competences:
o Digital Expertise
o Good communication and interpersonal skills
o Organized and result-driven profile.
o Resilience and motivation to work in dynamic environments
o Willingness to travel
