You will manage systems data for clients, providing day‐to‐day solutions and security compliance.ResponsibilitiesAdminister, maintain and support Windows Server environments with a strong focus on Active Directory.Manage AD objects, including users, groups, computers, GPOs and permissions.Monitor, troubleshoot and resolve issues related to AD, DNS, DHCP and authentication services.Administer, maintain and support Microsoft Exchange (Online and/or On‐Prem) and Office 365 environments.Ensure system availability, performance, security and compliance with internal standards.Perform regular system updates, patching, backups and recovery tests.Collaborate with infrastructure, security and support teams on ongoing operations and projects.Document configurations, procedures and operational processes.QualificationsProven experience as a Windows System Administrator with hands‐on Active Directory management.Strong knowledge of Windows Server, AD, GPOs, DNS, DHCP and authentication mechanisms.Experience with scripting (PowerShell) for automation and administration tasks.Proven experience administering Microsoft Exchange and Office 365 environments.Strong knowledge of Exchange Online, Exchange Hybrid, mail flow, security and compliance features.Good troubleshooting and problem‐solving skills.Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non‐technical stakeholders.Experience working in structured environments and following operational procedures.European Union Citizenship or Portuguese Working Visa / Portuguese Residency.Availability to work on‐site two to three times per week.Additional SkillsKnowledge in cloud administrator technologies like Microsoft Azure and/or AWS.Java Developer Decskill, founded in 2014, is an IT Consulting Company that places paramount importance on its people.
