The Customer Service Representative is responsible for managing the company's customer relations system, providing professional and prompt responses to customer inquiries.
As part of the role, the representative will coordinate and synchronize activities with various departments within the company and ensure the creation of an optimal, customer-focused experience.
Additionally, this role includes supporting other company projects as required.

Responsibilities: - Guidance and Support in the Property Purchase Process: Providing personal support to customers, via phone, email, chat or in person, answering questions, and checking customer requirements.
- Receive and assist clients in understanding the signing process for CPCV documents - Real-Time Problem Solving: Identifying and managing customer issues or complaints immediately and professionally to maintain a positive service experience.
Provide accurate information about products and services.
Follow up in customer issues - Interface with Internal Departments: Close collaboration with the marketing, sales, engineering, legal, and finance departments to ensure efficient and synchronized service.
- Communicate and coordinate with brokers to provide support and resolve customer inquires - Improving Customer Satisfaction: Initiating phone calls to customers to gather feedback and enhance their satisfaction.
- Support for Additional Projects: As needed, assisting with additional company projects, such as event preparations, marketing new projects, or providing support in urgent situations.
- Support in Inventory Management – Assist in the inventory system, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in obtaining results.
- Collaboration in Collections Management – Work with internal teams to align collection and credit recovery strategies.
- Cross-Department Coordination – Interact with different departments, such as finance and legal, to optimize collection strategies and minimize defaults.
Job Requirements & Skills - Excellent Interpersonal Skills: Strong people skills, the ability to work with people and provide high-level service.
- Strong problem-solving and conflit-resolution abilities - Excellent Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, flexibility in managing conversations with various customers in different situations.
- Previous Customer Service Experience: Experience in a similar customer relations role (preferably in real estate), with the ability to handle ongoing inquiries and respond quickly and efficiently.
- Ability to Work with Multiple Interfaces: Ability to function in a dynamic environment while collaborating with different teams within the company.
- Patience and Problem-Solving Ability: A professional approach to solving problems and maintaining patience while providing service.
- High Level of English - Required.
- Experience Working with Clients in Real Estate Sales Situations - Advantage.
