Role Overview:
As a Customer Support, you'll be the main point of contact for customers, assisting them through phone, email, and live chat. Your focus will be to provide quick, accurate answers and ensure a smooth and positive customer journey.
Key Responsibilities:
* Multi-channel support: Assist customers professionally via phone, email, and chat

* Accurate documentation: Log interactions and resolutions carefully in internal systems

* Quality & targets: Meet service KPIs, quality standards, and response-time goals
* Ongoing learning: Stay updated on products, policies, and best practices to deliver excellent support
Requirements:
* Language Proficiency: Fluent in French (C2 level)
* Eligibility: EU citizenship or a valid Portuguese residency card
* Experience: 0–1 year in customer support or a related role
* Skills: Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
