Administrative Support Position
We seek an individual to provide administrative support for our event production team, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage daily office operations, including tasks such as accounting, HR, logistics, and communications.
2. Collaborate with the event production team to gather requirements, ensure all event needs are met, and exceed client expectations.
3. Assist with vendor management, scheduling, and logistics.
4. Support HR functions such as recruiting, onboarding, and employee relations.
5. Maintain office systems and procedures to ensure efficiency and productivity.
6. Provide administrative support to senior management as needed.
Requirements:
1. Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the event production industry.
2. Strong communication and negotiation skills.
3. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
4. Proficiency in office software, including Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
6. Flexibility and adaptability to handle changing priorities and deadlines.
7. A proactive and resourceful attitude.
8. Fluency in both written and spoken English.
