Organization SE CFO Business Unit Grid Technologies Full / Part time Full-time Experience Level Experienced Professional Snapshot of your daySiemens Energy is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Commercial Project Manager to support the administration and control of our Service Business. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our projects and requires a proactive individual who can manage various tasks effectively.How you'll make a difference
1. Creation and management of sales orders and invoicing
2. Cost control and business analysis to ensure financial efficiency
3. Interaction with commercial project managers, technical project managers, and overall business support functions
4. Coordination with logistics, customers, and suppliers
5. Ensure all related project reporting and controlling activities are completed accurately
6. Support the Commercial Project Manager Head and Project Manager in identifying, evaluating, and assessing risks and opportunities, as well as developing strategies and response activities
7. Monitor project costs and control expenses related to Field Service activities
8. Facilitate prompt invoicing to customers to maintain cash flow
9. Report and present various business KPIs as required
10. Ensure the accuracy of project books and records, including proper documentation in systems such as SAP
What you bring
11. Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Management, Economics, or a related field
12. A minimum of 3 years of demonstrable experience in the finance area
13. Technical knowledge relevant to the role
14. High proficiency in spoken and written Portuguese and English (German, Spanish would be a plus)
15. Eager to learn with an independent and self-organized approach to work
16. Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
