This is a full-time, on-site role for a
Real Estate Business Manager
, located in Óbidos. The Business Manager will oversee day-to-day operations of the E&V offices, manage sales teams, and ensure efficient business processes.
Responsibilities include the following:
Support advisors and staff with the processes, CRM discipline, and documentation.
Manage administrative workflows, invoices, payroll/attendance, and office procedures.
Conduct recruitment, onboarding, training coordination, and team communication.
Ensure compliance with anti-money laundering documentation and IMPIC reporting.
Maintaining Engel & Völkers brand standards and office presentation.
Collaborate with marketing to design and execute campaigns aligned with the company's goals.
Represent the license area at E&V internal and external events in Portugal.
Align operational priorities and strategic direction with the company shareholders.
When necessary act as a sales advisor or business developer when required.
Manage all aspects related to the shareholder properties in Portugal.
Track and analyse sales performance and ensure outstanding client satisfaction.

MIN REQUIREMENTS:
About you:
Proficiency in operations, market analysis, and client relationship management
Strong leadership, team management, and coaching abilities
Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in relevant technology tools, such as CRM software and real estate platforms
Fluency in Portuguese and English;
additional language skills are advantageous
Bachelor's degree
Proven work experience in a leadership role
Experience in real estate industry would be of advantage
