Analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into technical solutions;
Ensure system stability,performance, and reliability;
Perform maintenance, enhancements, and issue resolution;
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support ongoing initiatives;
Contribute to technical documentation and knowledge sharing;
Support continuousimprovement of existing systems and development practices;
Hybrid Work Model.Who You Are:10+ years of professional experience as an RPG and Java Developer;
Strong expertise in RPG and Java development environments;
Solid understanding of application lifecycle management;
Experience maintaining and evolving legacy and/or enterprise systems;
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
High level of autonomy and responsibility;
