Job Description
As a seasoned professional, you will take on the role of Global Process Lead - Order-to-Cash and spearhead our efforts in managing and optimizing the end-to-end order-to-cash process. Your expertise will be pivotal in driving efficiency and performance across our global operations.
Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will identify bottlenecks and implement improvements to enhance operational efficiency. You will also oversee the management and optimization of finance order-to-cash cycle, ensuring seamless alignment across systems and processes.
A key aspect of this role is the development and maintenance of key performance indicators, dashboards, and reports to monitor process integrity and performance. Additionally, you will stay current with emerging technologies and trends, proactively evaluating and recommending innovative digital solutions and automation tools to drive operational efficiency and performance improvements.
Collaboration and stakeholder management are crucial aspects of this role. You will communicate effectively within and outside of the O2C team, ensuring all parties are aligned with process changes. Compliance and control are also essential, as you will ensure that all process redesigns adhere to internal policies and external regulatory requirements.
* Process ownership: manage and optimize finance order-to-cash cycle

Requirements
To excel in this role, you will possess:
* At least 3 to 5 years of accounting/order-to-cash experience
* Experience in ERP upgrade and roll-out programs
* Experience and understanding of GBS/shared services environments
* Preferential knowledge of SAP (ECC6 and S4/HANA) and D365
* Experience in interaction with finance headquarter leaders in large multinational companies
* Ability to travel occasionally
* Experience in improving process quality, process review, and compliance
* Fluent in English
* High degree of customer orientation
* Ability to apply continuous process improvement concepts and tools
* Highly flexible, with an ability to work in a changing and multicultural environment
* Ability to interact in a multi-cultural environment
* Ability to think strategically as well as tactically
