Data Quality Finance Senior Officer (M/F)
Adecco is recruiting a Data Quality Finance Senior Officer to join a global, high-impact finance team based in Lisbon. This role is key to ensuring high standards of data integrity, governance, and support across business units and regional teams.
Job Description and Main Tasks:
1. Implement data quality remediation plans according to defined global governance standards;
2. Support teams in the collection of issues (issue log) with detailed and formatted information, ensuring clarity and impact assessment;
3. Identify associated risks for each data anomaly;
4. Assist Head Office and Local Business teams in resolving identified issues;
5. Monitor action plans and prioritize corrections with responsible teams;
6. Provide day-to-day support and training to relevant teams;
7. Support teams during financial closings: procedures, workflow requests, and ad hoc analyses;
8. Organize and lead coordination meetings with EMEA teams on data quality topics;
9. Share key issues and actions with Data Quality N&CG and QARC Committees;
10. Contribute to strategic evolution and transformation projects;
11. Act as the main point of contact for the Data Quality team in project-related matters;
12. Perform project-related analyses and delegate tasks to HO Business teams when applicable;
13. Report project progress and key indicators to R&F DO and GDO teams using the WM Dashboard and DQ KQIs.
Technical Skills:
1. Collaboration and teamwork capabilities;

4. Understanding of the banking industry and accounting principles;
5. Familiarity with COREP and credit reporting;
6. Expertise in Dataiku;
7. Expertise in Power BI.
