ServiceNow Business Analyst
We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Business Analyst to join our team in a remote role from Portugal.
* Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure ServiceNow solutions meet organizational needs.
* Lead workshops and requirements-gathering sessions, translating business objectives into clear functional specifications.
* Configure and adapt existing ServiceNow modules in line with best practices and client requirements.
* Coordinate and support integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems.
* Conduct process mapping, gap analysis, and solution design to enhance workflows and service delivery.
* Prepare documentation, training materials, and knowledge transfer sessions for end-users and internal teams.
* Support governance, audit, and compliance processes related to cybersecurity standards and ITSM best practices.
Required Qualifications:
* ServiceNow Certification is mandatory.
* Proven experience as a Business Analyst in ServiceNow implementation or transformation projects.
* Strong understanding of ServiceNow capabilities, workflows, and configuration options (non-development focus).
* Experience with ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, or Security Operations modules is highly valued.
* Familiarity with integrations (APIs, data exchange) and basic scripting (JavaScript) is a plus.
* Solid understanding of IT service management and cybersecurity concepts.
* Fluency in both Portuguese and English (written and spoken).
* Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
