No previous experience is needed. Work location: Lisbon. Our client is an omnichannel company based in Portugal. The company proudly represents the leading global businesses such as Microsoft, Google, Netflix, and the best-known social networks, providing Customer Support, Technical Support, and Content Moderation.
Responsibility
1. Review and moderate online content, posted on the Arabic market;
2. Ensure that all information uploaded by users follow the guidelines based on client’s policies;
3. Become and remain knowledgeable about policies and community standards;
4. Provide and follow best practices used to better achieve client’s KPI’s;
5. Use the learned knowledge to propose improvement ideas either internal or external.
Your Profile
1. Native level of written and verbal communication skills in Arabic (mandatory);
2. Fluency in English (minimum level B2);
3. Ability to distinguish self-beliefs from moderated content and policies;
4. Empathic; Motivated and with a positive attitude;
5. Attention to detail;
6. Availability to work in 24/7 rotating shifts, from Monday to Sunday (mandatory);
7. European Citizenship or valid work permit for Portugal.
