What You’ll Do
* Prepare and review financial statements in accordance with applicable standards and regulatory reports.
* Ensure accuracy of Month-End/Year-End Closing processes.
* Support audit processes and coordinate with auditors.
* Provide finance support to subsidiaries, joint ventures, and M&A activities.
* Manage error handling and support service lines.
* Ensure financial procedures are implemented under proper controls and standards.
* Supervise external audit procedures and act as SPOC with auditors.
* Support Vodafone Fiscal Committee and collaborate with Controlling, FP&A, and Local Chief Accountant.
* Lead finance-related projects and initiatives, and implement new accounting standards.
* Drive improvements in financial processes and systems.
* Ensure compliance to guarantee accurate financial statements.
* Define procedures and controls for responsible areas.
* Oversee Fixed Assets Reconciliation.
* Manage support for service lines and statutory reporting requirements.
