Join Amaris Consulting as a French Speaking Cybersecurity Specialist for one of our main partners in a hybrid position based in Portugal.

As a Cybersecurity Specialist, you will be responsible for protecting the organization's information systems and networks from cyber threats. Your duties include working with IT teams to implement security measures, monitor for breaches, and respond to incidents, ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of data and systems.

1. Develop and implement security policies, protocols, and procedures.
2. Conduct security assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities.
3. Monitor network traffic and investigate security breaches.
4. Manage security tools such as firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and antivirus software.
5. Respond to security incidents and analyze post-event data.
6. Collaborate with IT and other departments to integrate security measures.
7. Stay updated on cybersecurity trends, threats, and solutions.
8. Provide cybersecurity training and awareness programs for employees.
9. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.

Minimum requirements include a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related fields, proven experience in cybersecurity, proficiency with security tools, and fluency in English and French. Certifications like CISSP, CISM, or CEH are advantageous.
