Responsibilities:
* Working in a dynamic and highly technical environment focused on disruptive projects.
* Participation in large, multidisciplinary teams driving deep digital transformation, particularly in customer service and digital customer interaction channels.

Requirements:
* Minimum of 5 years of professional experience and a degree in Computer Science or a related field.
* Degree in Software Engineering or Computer Engineering or similar
* Object-Oriented Programming, data structures, communication protocols, and knowledge bases.
* Advanced prompting techniques (agents, tools, and mechanisms that influence agent behavior).
* C#, or strong experience in another programming language such as Python or JavaScript, with openness to work with multiple technologies.
* Development of conversational or AI-driven flows, including low-code environments
* Integration and use of REST APIs.
* Data formats and communication protocols such as JSON, XML, and gRPC.
* Good written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to work in a collaborative environment and with global teams
* Critical analysis and problem-solving skills
* Commitment to quality deliveries.
* Knowledge of Agile methodology, JIRA and Confluence (valued).
* Strong problem solving skills and ability to apply algorithms to real world tasks.
* Good communication skills (both written and spoken) in a multi-cultural environment.
* Good level of awareness for details.
* Ability to be autonomous.
* Commitment to the job and the team objectives.
