Strategic Account Executive
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Account Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining close relationships with our key customers, monitoring their sales and operations, and providing strategic guidance to enhance their capabilities.
1. Maintain regular communication with customers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services, resolve any operational issues, and identify opportunities for growth.
2. Develop and implement customized strategies to expand distribution channels and increase market share.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth business operations and effective customer service.
4. Oversee the sales forecast, sales plan, and delivery process to meet customer expectations.
5. Participate in annual marketing activities to promote products and services.
Requirements
* At least 3 years of relevant experience in sales and account management, with extensive knowledge of distributors, retailers, and dealers.
* Excellent understanding of retail management principles and practices.
* Strong English language skills and ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal stakeholders.
* Results-driven, honest, trustworthy, proactive, and team-oriented with high execution ability and strong stability.
* Willingness to travel as required.
