Your potential is our inspiration.**Where You'll Make a Difference*** Ensure full customs compliance (AEO and licenses) for major LATAM production sites.* Manage customs procedures and licenses, including drawback programs.* Oversee Preferential Origin processes for the business and customers.* Support Brazil and LATAM operations with customs and trade compliance guidance.* Lead and participate in projects related to trade compliance, import/export operations and data governance.* Provide training, guidance and regulatory support to cross‐functional teams.* Conduct disciplined import/export operations using digital systems and perform self‐audits.* Monitor, track and report customs performance and savings indicators.* Drive cost‐saving initiatives, including FTA‐related and duty incentive opportunities.**What Makes You the Right Fit*** Bachelor's degree in Customs, International Trade, Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or equivalent experience.* Proven knowledge of customs and excise processes within LATAM.* Strong understanding of international trade regulations and compliance.* Experience in customs and trade operations.* Experience with SAP, SAP‐GTS, or similar e‐customs systems.* Proficiency in English and Spanish (written and verbal).* Strong analytical, problem‐solving and solution‐oriented mindset.* Solid IT skills including Microsoft Office Suite and Power BI.* Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‐paced, evolving environment.* Project management experience or demonstrated leadership in process implementation.* Experience in handling dispute resolution and cross‐functional issue management.* Proven ability to implement continuous improvement initiatives.* Opportunity to make a regional impact across LATAM operations.* A highly collaborative, innovative and multicultural environment.* Learning and development resources supporting professional growth.* Hybrid work model.* Global exposure within a leading organization committed to sustainability.* A culture that values diversity, inclusion and authentic contribution.We are a global leader in taste, scent, and nutrition, offering our customers a broader range of natural solutions and accelerating our growth strategy.
