We're a dynamic Digital Marketing Agency seeking an organized and proactive Account Manager to join our growing team.
Are you passionate about digital marketing and building win-win partnerships? We're looking for a results-driven Account Manager to grow and optimize our operations. You’ll be at the forefront of performance marketing, managing our portfolio of partners, and driving measurable growth through data-driven strategies.
Responsibilities:
General administration: Assist the Director with day-to-day tasks and ad-hoc projects.
Manage and grow existing partnerships, ensuring a strong focus on ROI.
Identify and recruit new partners through research, networking, and industry events.
Optimize campaigns: Monitor performance and implement improvements to enhance results.
Coordinate tracking setup, promotional assets, and communication.
Analyze data: Identify trends, prepare reports, and track KPIs and growth metrics.
Collaborate with the CTO to align marketing strategies.
Ensure compliance with industry terms, brand guidelines, and FTC regulations.
Skills & Requirements:
Strong organizational skills and a proactive approach to tasks.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Outstanding time management and ability to juggle multiple projects.
Fluent in English (both spoken and written) is a must.
Willingness to travel as needed.
Analytical mindset with an ability to make data-driven decisions.
Can-do attitude with a problem-solving approach.
