End-to-End Strategic Advisory : Lead the full lifecycle of Data & AI implementations, from initial assessment and business case development to technical delivery and scaling.Modern Platform Design : Architect and implement modern data platforms in hybrid and on-premises environments, managing requirements collection, blueprint design, and provisioning.Architectural Excellence : Select and implement appropriate technologies and design patterns to ensure reuse, quality, and performance.Team Leadership : Grow, manage, and mentor a multi-disciplinary team of data specialists, reporting directly to senior management.Business Development : Establish and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and partners to ensure technical solutions address complex business needs.AI & Analytics Enablement : Design data models and architectures specifically optimized to support high-impact analytics and AI/ML use cases.Required Skills & QualificationsProfessional Experience : At least 5 years of experience in the design and implementation of data platforms, and end-to-end data / AI initiatives.Cloud Ecosystems : Solid knowledge of native data management, processing, and analytics services within GCP, Azure, and AWS.Technical Depth : Practical understanding of core concepts including Big Data, Data Lakes, Data Mesh, Data Virtualization, Data Governance, and Quality.Integration Patterns : Proficiency in both batch and real-time data integration to support modern enterprise requirements.Governance & Security : A consolidated view of technology, governance, and security within complex data environments.Consulting Skills : Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical requirements into business impact for diverse stakeholders.Nice to haveProfessional Certifications : Google Professional Data Engineer, Azure Solutions Architect Expert, AWS Solutions Architect Pro, or Databricks Platform Architect.If you feel like we are the right fit for you,apply now!
