What you will do:
* Process purchase requests for services (mainly technical services)
* Support users (buyers, suppliers, internal colleagues) with the purchasing system
* Take part in user trainings and system demonstrations
* Suggest improvements to the system based on user feedback
* Collaborate with various teams across the group
What we're looking for:
* Education in management, procurement, administration, or similar (technical degree or bachelor's – Bac+2/+3)
* Experience in user support, middle office, or administrative services
* Team spirit and a genuine interest in helping others
* Comfortable with digital tools and management software (ideally Ivalua, SAP, DocuSign…)
* Fluency in French – mandatory
