Your Responsibilities Manage and process customer orders accurately and efficiently. Deliver outstanding customer service through various channels. Coordinate shipments and deliveries in collaboration with the logistics team. Support the commercial team and handle administrative tasks. Manage customer account statements and follow up on invoicing and payments. Your Profile Proven experience in customer service or a similar commercial role. Fluency in Turkish and English (both spoken and written) is required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools. Knowledge of invoicing and basic financial processes is a strong asset. A team player with a proactive attitude and strong sense of responsibility. Customer-oriented, detail-focused, and committed to delivering quality service. Additional languages are a plus.
