We're Hiring – Investment Risk & Trade Operations Analyst We seek an Investment Risk & Trade Operations Analyst to support our Sales & Trading teams in processing and settling primary, secondary, and distressed loan trades for US and UK markets.
Your Responsibilities: Work closely with Sales & Trading, clients, legal teams, and operations to ensure smooth trade settlements.
Create and validate trades in ClearPar.
Review and execute trade documents, ensuring compliance with LSTA/LMA guidelines.
Track and manage loan closings, perform reconciliations, and escalate settlement delays.
Prepare and review standard LSTA/LMA documents (Trade Confirms, Assignment Agreements, etc.).
Monitor traders' positions and corporate events related to trades.
Report trade status and risk indicators to management.
Automate workflows using Excel (pivot tables, macros, etc.).
Investigate and resolve trade discrepancies.
What We're Looking For: Experience in Middle Office Operations (entry level).
Strong skills in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, macros).
Fluent English (mandatory).
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage high trade volumes.
Knowledge of LSTA/LMA loan trading (a plus).
