Job Title: Customer Success Manager
Talkdesk is looking for an experienced Customer Success Manager to manage 20 of our largest accounts. In this role, you will be managing the relationship with the customer post-implementation through their entire relationship with us.
Key Responsibilities:
* Partner with sales teams on upsells, cross-sells, and renewals
* Manage customer relationships and advocate for them internally when necessary
* Use knowledge, industry expertise, and data to be a trusted advisor
Our ideal candidate has experience in customer success and is proficient in English and French languages.
Requirements:
* 5+ years of experience in customer success
* Professional working proficiency in English and French languages
