We are seeking a dedicated and skilled professional to join our team as a Heating Business Development Manager. This role involves managing a network of customers to develop sales and relations in the heating business.
About the Role
* You will be responsible for presenting new products related to heating to customers, providing suitable solutions for their proposals and projects.
* You will provide training and tools to increase customer performance and efficient use of products.
* You will support Key Account Managers (KAMs) in the heating business with distributors and installers.
* You will develop prospect actions to find new customers, new channels, and opportunities, classifying them by importance level and needs.
* You will prepare strategic recommendations based on market information, dynamics, campaigns, and customer needs.
* You will maintain an organized archive of product requests, goals, and achievement ratios, ensuring you are always provided with marketing material.
* You will report internally and contribute to strategy plan development.
* You will explore cross-sales and cross-border opportunities to create customer value and increase company sales turnover.
* You will represent the organization in strategic meetings, sales meetings, and training sessions within the European team.
Requirements
* You must hold a degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
* You must have knowledge and experience in distribution channels related to renewable energy.
