We're looking for aBackend Software Engineerto join a dynamic tech team working on a large-scale digital platform.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building reliable backend services, designing clean APIs, and taking ownership in environments where exploration and autonomy are valued.
What you'll do:
Develop new features and maintain key backend modules of a high-impact digital platform.
Design, implement, and evolvescalable and well-structured APIs.
Contribute to the operational excellence of the platform throughmonitoring, data analysis, and performance optimization.
Work hands-on in an agile environment where requirements may evolve and problem-solving is encouraged.
Collaborate closely with other engineers and stakeholders to continuously improve the system.
What we're looking for:
Strong experience withJava and Kotlin.
Solid understanding ofAPI design and backend architecture.
Experience working withdatabases(SQL and/or NoSQL).
A high degree ofautonomy, ownership, and initiative.
Comfort working in environments where not everything is fully defined from day one.
Nice to have:
Experience withstream processing and data platforms, such as:
Flink, Kafka Streams, Spark.
Hadoop ecosystem (Hive, Presto).
Cloud data services (Athena, Glue, EMR).
Knowledge ofobservability and monitoringpractices.
Familiarity withinfrastructure and cloud environments.
Experience withCI/CD pipelines.
Hands-on exposure toGrafana, Loki, and Prometheus.
Knowledge ofAzure environments.
