Job Title: Senior Graphic Designer
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to join our team. As a Senior Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating high-impact visual content that drives results across digital and offline channels.
About the Role:
* Develop performance creative across paid channels, landing pages, email, and social media.
* Partner with senior marketers to drive results and shape Crimson's global creative standard.
* Owning the development of visual content, ensuring every asset is sharp, strategic, and effective.
Key Responsibilities:
* Act as the lead designer for top-performing markets, developing high-impact creative assets.
* Own paid ad creative, including static, video, carousel, and motion – optimising for performance in close collaboration with country marketers and performance marketers.
* Translate brand guidelines into sharp, localized campaign assets that feel distinctive and drive results.
* Set the quality bar, reviewing and refining work to ensure visual clarity, consistency, and conversion effectiveness.
Requirements:
* 3–5 years of graphic design experience, with a focus on campaign and ad creative.
* A portfolio that shows sharp, high-performing digital work – especially for paid campaigns.
* Strong grasp of performance design principles (i.e. attention, hierarchy, clarity, and action).
* Mastery of Canva, Figma, and Adobe Creative Suite.
* Comfort using generative AI tools in design workflows.
* A growth mindset – confident owning briefs end-to-end and suggesting smarter solutions.
* A leadership orientation – not requiring direct management but influencing the creative culture.
