Experience:
Minimum
3+ years
in application security and/or software development, with solid knowledge of
AppSec
, CWE vulnerabilities, and secure development practices.
Security awareness & training:
Promote a strong security culture by delivering training sessions to development teams on topics such as
OWASP Top 10
(web, mobile, APIs) and secure coding principles.
Secure development practices:
Define, document, and disseminate
secure coding standards
, becoming a technical reference for secure development within the organization.
DevSecOps integration:
Work with DevOps teams to integrate
SAST, SCA, DAST, and MAST
tools into CI/CD pipelines, ensuring early detection of vulnerabilities.
Vulnerability detection & remediation:
Implement solutions to identify vulnerabilities early in the SDLC, monitor emerging threats, support teams in remediation, and perform code audits when needed.
Collaboration & support:
Accompany development teams throughout project lifecycles, ensuring security is embedded from the start; contribute to internal communities and agile rituals.
Communication & languages:
Deliver effective training and awareness sessions; demonstrate strong teamwork, organization, proactivity, and communication;
fluent English
and good
French
(spoken and written).
