Your Responsibilities

* Respond to customer requests via multiple channels, updating CRM systems with relevant information.

* Build strong customer relationships by handling inquiries with speed and professionalism.

* Promote customer retention and loyalty by supporting successful inquiry outcomes.

* Maintain professional, empathetic relationships with all customers.

* Collaborate effectively with team members and management.

* Provide feedback on emerging issues and identify improvement areas proactively

Your Qualifications

">

We're a great match if you:

* Have a high level of Czech (written and oral) and a good level of English (B2)
">
* Have 1 year of experience in technical roles or automotive customer service
">
* Are passionate about automotive topics and skilled in digital tech
">
* Are able of understanding the policies, procedures, and warranties and you are familiar with market geography
">
* Are empowered to make independent decisions with strong documentation skills
">
* Are skilled in resolving issues, and providing solution
