Entidade legal: Home Comfort.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and design mechanical components for heat pumps.Generate 3 D CAD models, including assemblies, and create 2 D technical drawings and documentation.Perform tolerance analysis (2 D, 3 D, and statistical) to ensure functional and manufacturable designs.Create and maintain component specifications, including materials for components and Material Order Specifications (MOS).Apply geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T), considering manufacturing processes and assembly requirements.Create Bills of Materials (BOM) for all assemblies.Develop designs that meet targets for feasibility, performance, cost, quality, safety, legislation, and timing.Support sample ordering, prototype builds, and validation activities to verify and optimize technical solutions.Contribute to continuous quality improvement and optimization of existing components.QualificationsEducation: Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Physics Engineering, or a similar field.Experience & Know-how:Experience in the specification and development of new mechanical components.Experience with tolerance chain calculation and application of GD&T.Solid understanding of manufacturing processes, construction methods, and material selection.Familiarity with 3 D CAD and PLM tools; proficiency in Siemens Unigraphics (NX) is a plus.Knowledge of product engineering tools such as product design reviews, FMEA, RMS, and DRBFM.Languages: Very good knowledge of English, both written and spoken.Working Style & Personality:Analytical and organized working style with a strong problem-solving mindset.Ability to work effectively in international and cross-functional teams.Proactive, curious, and motivated to continuously learn and develop.Work conditions and benefitsFlexible work conditionsHybrid work systemExchange with colleagues around the worldHealth insurance and medical office on siteTraining opportunities and certificationsOpportunities for career progression and professional developmentDiscounts on Bosch productsSports and health activitiesFlexible benefits platform and free parkingCanteenNote: This description retains the core job information and responsibilities while removing extraneous boilerplate and non-essential content present in the original.
